Security Deposit

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits will be deducted from final cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 7+ days in advance → Full deposit refund.

  • 3-6 days before → $50 cancellation fee.

  • 48 hours before → $100 cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours → Full deposit forfeited.

Force Majeure

CaughtAnytime Studio is not responsible for cancellations or failures due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, lost equipment, or personal belongings during your booking.

While we provide a professional space and services, we do not guarantee specific results for your project.
